Specialty
The Academy specializes in small stock management, with a strong focus on goat farming, alongside emerging coffee farming initiatives. By integrating indigenous knowledge with modern agricultural practices.
Equiping Farmers with skills
Ndlebenkomo Academy equips farmers with the skills required to improve productivity, enhance food security, and build sustainable livelihoods. With the economy and modern living being so demanding one does need versatility and the ability to be pro active and react accordingly to the rising tide of Global food insecurity.
Operations?
The Academy operates through well-equipped, community-based training facilities established by rehabilitating abandoned schools in remote rural areas.
Using schools?
These schools are transformed into fully functional agricultural training centres, with surrounding land utilized for hands-on farming activities which will empower the community especially the youth and everyone interested in these empowering initiatives.
A hands on approach
This integrated “learn-and-produce” model ensures that training, demonstration, and production take place in one location, creating a practical learning environment that directly responds to the realities of rural life..
Grooming the young
We have a vested interest in grooming the youth and enabling them access to very important skills so that they are able to use the land and a way that yields it’s proper fruit.

As the world swiftly moves at a fast technological pace we as a social enterprise have taken it upon ourselves to engage in modern initiatives aimed at food security without the damaging chemicals that some methods lead to when allowed to be implemented on farm land and animals.
